Hello, I’m Amanda, a BACP Registered Person-Centred therapist offering a warm, accepting space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment—at your own pace, in your own way.
I have supported people through a wide range of issues including anxiety, trauma, abuse, and addiction, with a special interest in grief and loss. My work in a hospice setting has given me deep insight into the complexities of bereavement and the many forms that grief can take—not just after a death, but through life’s many transitions.

Trust the process
In our sessions, you are the expert in your experience. I won’t analyse, diagnose, or direct you—instead, I’ll offer a calm, compassionate environment where you feel safe to be yourself and explore whatever feels important.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy
I offer a neurodiversity-aware, person-centred approach—where you're free to be yourself, without masking or explaining how your brain works.
Whether you're autistic, ADHD, or identify as neurodivergent in any way, you’re welcome here. I work flexibly and sensitively, adapting sessions to meet your sensory, communication, and emotional needs.
This is a space where your way of thinking, feeling, and processing is respected—not pathologised.
