I have worked with people who feel overwhelmed and are quietly carrying more than anyone realises. Many arrive exhausted, disconnected and unsure where to turn next. I know how important it is to feel safe, truly safe, in the presence of someone who understands.
My approach is gentle, intuitive and grounded. I meet you exactly where you are and without judgement or pressure.
